Hi everyone,

I've been working like crazy on my rose project for An Tir's Kingdom A&S project (Sugar roset, oil of roses, syrup of roses, drying roses, and at some point, candied rose petals).  I've been taking step by step pictures of each of the experiments (I have over 250 pictures and still have more to take!)

What would be really helpful at this point would be to find someone out there who is an expert on roses during period and their uses.  Basically, I'm looking for someone to chat with and possibly run my docs by.  Does anyone know of such an individual?
