Hello SESP Supervisors:

I hope everyone enjoyed pride weekend. I am requesting one last step
from you. I brought the student's forms to Human Resources, and was
informed the supervisors must fill-in Section 2 of the I-9 form. I was
not aware of this. Your student will bring their I-9 form and
supplemental documents for you to review. Please fill-in Section 2 of
the I-9 form, and return it to your student. This is the last step.
**Attached to this e-mail is the I-9 form, and on page 3 of the form is
the list of acceptable documents. This MUST be done today or human
resources will not be able to process all the information for the
students to be paid on time. This is an extremely critical step. If
the student has forgotten their information, s/he may need to return to
the residence hall to get it. I understand their maybe some grievances
with this; however this paperwork must be submitted by Tuesday. I am
sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

In addition, I am sorry that I have not sent out appointment dates for
the week of the 17th. I will complete this today.

Once again, thank you for your continued understanding and support.
This process is new to me, but I am learning and having fun doing it. \

Best regards,

Hunter Johansson-- Make the most of yourself for that is all there is of you.
