Hello Supervisors:

The camping trip went excellent!!! Even though the outing club cabin
had no gas, the students voted to stay and we had an excellent time.
It was raining, humid, and cold at times, but thanks to the wonderful
spirit and energy of the SESP students, everything worked out for the
best.

After contacting Human Resources, I have come to realize the dates I
gave you to submit hours were wrong. According to their
representative, if hours are submitted on July 31st, it might not get
added to their paycheck on August 4th, and the students will not be
paid in full.

What I am asking each of you do, is submit hours on the following dates:

July 10th (One Hour)
July 17th (One Hour)
July 24th (Two Hours)

Please submit TWO hours on the 24th, and the students will get paid
$250 for that bi-week. If you have already submitted hours, you can go
back and change this. Please examine your submitted hours to make sure
everything is correct.

Bukola Dawodu, Marqus Blakely, and Naomi Pollica have already received
their paychecks. I will be contacting their supervisors individually
to discuss their next steps. If you are their supervisor, please DO
NOT submit hours yet.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know by e-mail, or
by phone at (802)656-3819. I truly appreciate your understanding
during this transition period. Thank you.

Hunter Johansson
