Hello Supervisors:

Firstly, I want to say thank you for meeting with me this week. It was
a pleasure to hear about the great things students are doing this
summer. I appreciate your willingness to have an SESP student, being a
mentor, and creating beneficial programs for them. Thank you!

According to Human Resources, all paperwork should be completed and
everyone of you should be able to log in your student's hours. Three
of the student's checks arrived today: Marqus Blakely, Bukola Dawodu,
and Naomi Pollica. These student's supervisors were able to log-in
hours last Monday. I will be withholding these students paychecks
until August 4th, when everyone else gets paid in order to be fair and
equitable. All of you are able to go 60 days back, and 30 days
ahead when submitting hours. Therefore, I suggest logging in hours all
at once, so you do not have to think about it every week.
Please log in one hour for the following dates: July 10th, July 17th,
July 24th, and July 31st. As I said, they will be receiving their
paycheck in August 4th.

IF YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY LOGGED IN HOURS FOR YOUR STUDENT, PLEASE
E-MAIL ME TO LET ME KNOW. I want to keep track of who may still be
having problems with the new system.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to
contact me. The students will be camping this weekend, and I am sure
they will have many stories to tell on Monday.

Best regards,

Hunter Johansson -- Make the most of yourself for that is all there is
of you.
