Hello Supervisors:

Diane Gaboriault and Monika at Human Resources will be reviewing the 
students payroll information.  They will be working on submitting hours 
for the student's.  At this time, please hold off on logging in hours.  
Monika will be examining student's payroll information and will be 
logging in hours for those student's with no hours in the system.  This 
is being done to ease the process for you and human resources.  If you 
have any questions, please let me know. my phone number is 656-3819.

If you have already logged in hours, everything should be set.  Once 
again, you should have logged in hours for the following dates:

July 5th, 6th, or 7th
July 10th
July 17th
July 24th
