Hello Supervisors:

It seems as if supervisors are unable to log in two hours for the week 
of the 24th.  Therefore, I am asking everyone log in one hour for the 
following dates:

July 3rd
July 10th
July 17th
July 24th

I am so sorry for the confusion, but I was given incorrect information 
from Human Resources.  Logging in two hours for the week of the 24th 
will NOT work because the students are weekly employees.

Once again, please submit these hours by this Friday so the students 
get paid on time.
