Supervisors:

Please DO NOT submit hours for this week.  Human Resources has not 
completed all the paperwork for students and therefore hours should not 
be submitted.  I am sorry for the confusion.  There were several 
problems with the chart string numbers, which will hopefully be 
resolved by the end of this week.  I did not want to have a mad rush to 
submit hours before noon today.  That would be too much pressure on all 
of you, and human resources.  Supervisors are able to go back 60 days, 
so there should not be a problem submitting the hours for prior weeks 
once all the paperwork is complete.  Once again, I am sorry for this 
inconvienence.  If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail me
