Dear VMC Cooperators and Friends,

The Vermont Monitoring Cooperative (VMC) staff would like to invite you
to help VMC set its strategic priorities and activities for the coming
years, by participating in our strategic planning survey at

VMC is in the process of developing a strategic plan at the direction of
our Steering Committee. As part of this process, VMC was able to bring
together experts on ecosystem monitoring and health to form a VMC
Strategic Planning Committee. In June, this Committee convened for a day
of brainstorming about what VMC should focus on over the next five
years, and proposed a list of goals, objectives and activities.

We are now seeking input and feedback from you, our cooperators and
friends, on how best to prioritize these objectives and activities, and
tell us what, if anything, we may have missed.

The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete, and will be invaluable
to VMC staff and strategic plan contributors in prioritizing our work.
