I've tried to address much of what is in Bunky's response to Jon in my
response to Jon. I believe that the visioning idea is excellent--each region
and large community should go through such a process. Also, that how the
commuting routes would be improved would be part of the planning and problem
identification that a regional planning commission, presumbably, working with
a particular town or set of towns would go through in identifying candidate
projects/corridor analyses/criculation needs/etc.
It sounds like we can integrate the "shoulders" and the community
"facilities" needs into an overall policy we can all advocate for
