Subject: RELEASE: Eastern Region Climate Outlook, Dec 2012

All-
Attached (and available online at:
www.drought.gov/portal/server.pt/community/reports) please find the second
edition of our new regional product, the regional climate outlook.  The
contents include a retrospective on the Fall 2012 season, as well as a look
forward from the NOAA/NWS/Climate Prediction Center for the region.
We hope you will review and use for your own audiences.  Please feel free to
share broadly. In the coming months, we hope to track the distribution of
this material, so it would be wonderful if you could cc me on your forwards.
Thank you, as always, for your partnerships and your work on climate issues
in the Eastern Region.  Happy holidays to all, and we look forward to
working with you in 2013!
-Ellen Mecray and partners at the Northeast Regional Climate Center.
