Roger Hill and Charlie Cogbill have been discussing the standardization of
climate programs, and again, I thought that there is room for dialogue
from everyone on this.

smidgion more like number of observed thunderstorms during a day for example
and perhaps peak wind speed and direction which a lot of the automated
computer software can do like Davis Intruments.
