The state only gives a state score. There are several reasons for this but
this is how it has been for the past few years.

It's rather strange, but you can't. The state won't give out the portfolio
results to anyone. Our superintendent tried numerous times to get them.
My theory is that the portfolios are being made less important because of
NSRE's. This is another step in making them insignificant.
