The 2003 K-8 NAEP scores were released this week in math and reading.
We maintained the gains in reading and made some great improvements in
mathematics. Here are some figures you can pass along to your local
newspapers, and share with your neighbor while shoveling the driveway.
For all the hard work you have all have been doing, its data like this

mathematics today than they were in 1996, significantly more. And there
is evidence of movement upwards all along the Achievement Levels
That's the goal of all this effort.
