Hey Team,
Hoping everyone can meet again tomorrow night. Same deal as last week,
start around 7pm as mostly everyone shows up? This time seemed to work
best for the majority, and of those who couldn't make it, you were aware
of the current status and were able to catch up.
A few things to discuss tomorrow night:
Aqua Team Flotation Force (ATFF) - Marcus and Company - You guys are in
charge of making the car float (and hopefully move in the water) Bring
any ideas you've been working on and we can discuss stuff.
Budget Team - Budget is due Friday at noon. I have a start on a few
things, will be working on it tomorrow night after the meeting. I'd like
help from another 1 or 2 people so let me know. This shouldn't be a lot
more work, just going over some of last year's numbers and adding it
into this year's budget.
Sponsorship info. I sent out an email over the weekend looking for a few
more sponsors from people. I received a couple replies with some info.
Some of you mentioned some companies in the fall, and if you can get
that info to me, that'd be great.
Team Gladys (07car) Rehab - I'd like to find a returning member who
knows last year's car inside and out to help go over a few things with
some of the first year guys. This would probably work best as a Friday
evening/Saturday afternoon sort of thing and is about an hour or 2 of
work getting some components re-assembled and a few things checked on.
As soon as this is done, we can set up a team drive time for when a
warmer day rolls around.
Thats about it. The rest is just making some time to show up and help
out in the shop. We have a lot of eager first year members and that
makes myself and the older team members very happy. It also makes
showing up to work more enjoyable when we know there are people excited
to learn new things. Keep up the ambition.
Hope to see you tomorrow night. Bring any questions/comments/ideas to
the table.
Have a good night.
Mike
