Team,
For those of you who know about the floatation, its made of a foam
similar to that of pool noodles. This stuff floats well, but not as
well as air. Air is less dense than the foam, thus air is more
bouyant. The idea of making air filled cavities came up for the
floatation to cut weight and make it more bouyant. Ben had the great
idea of using 3 liter soda bottles. To do the calculations to see if
this plan will work I need the weight of an empty one. Im not having
any luck finding the weight of one. So, if anyone has an empty 2 or 3
liter soda bottle laying around please bring it in so I can weigh it.
enough about that
mike, if you need another person to help with the budget let me know.
enjoy the night, see everyone tomorrow night
