Hello everyone
On Thursday 2 September, I shall be hosting the visit of the new NOAA
Climate Services Director for the Eastern Region, Ellen Mecray, here at
UVM. Ellen is one of six brand new Climate Services Regional Directors.
She will be participating in a roundtable with state and federal agencies
who have weather and climate interests and needs including NWS, ANR, Farm
Service Agency, National Wildlife Federation and NESCAUM. This will be
followed by Ellen's presentation on NOAA's role in climate services and
understanding climate science. Please see the attached brochure for
further details about times and location.
Please RSVP by WEDNESDAY 25 AUGUST, so that I can plan for refreshments
accordingly.
Best
