Information of the NRCC precipitation meeting:
The Natural Resources Conservation Service and the Northeast Regional Climate Center at Cornell University have updated precipitation data for the northeast U.S. and have incorporated this into the NRCS hydrologic models TR-55 and TR-20. We will be having an all day workshop on Monday, September 20th in Colchester , Vermont to show you what has been done and answer questions. The website http://precip.net provides some information on this project.
The on-line registration will have the final agenda, but here is the draft one (should not change much if any):
