Well...

If we make a stadistics... we have 60% of messages are from Latin-America
(3 of 5, je je je).

I think is possible that can make a little dialogue about the
Telecommunications.
In few days we will start a new year, and only in somewhere have a
legislation in Internet. Is possible? I think that the idea of say:
"Internet is similar than a Traditional Communication Systems (TV, Radio,
etc)" is wrong. Internet is a new reality, and this is the point.
