Hey girlies!!! 
 I hope everyone has been well ... with finals coming soon and
everything we thought we would just put together a final meeting to let
everyone know what is going on for next semester and do some voting on
positions... in this email there will be a list of the positions that we
will be electing at the next meeting which will be Tuesday November
18th, 2003 at 7 pm in Christie Wright Patterson 114,  this room is to
the right when you walk into CWP... 
 
 
POSITIONS!!
*       FUNDRAISER
This position is basically in charge of setting up fundraising events,
I have a couple in mind.. but we defiantly need someone who will be able
to take this over so that we can get some money rolling into the club
revenue Account. 
*       SECRETARY
This position is in charge of keeping attendace at the practices, so
that when it comes to getting credit for the class( which will be talked
about at the meeting) that this can happen.
*       LIST SERVE
This person is someone who can just add and take names off the list when
needed
*       EQUIPMENT MANAGER
Our equipment is getting a little out of hand and we need someone to
find a place to store it and to make sure that it makes it to
practice...
*       TRES and PRES- as of now me and Emily will be holding these
positions at the end of the season we will have a chance to have a
revote ....

any of these positions are for you just make time to talk to me and
Emily and we can defiantly find you something to do... we are always
looking for someone to help!!!
