The dissenter like most made no data driven statements, at least not that were included in the article. His argument seemed to be we have nothing to learn from anyone else because USA#1...

As to the mention of folks being confused I truly think that is a red herring. If you can drive a one way street you can navigate a roundabout. There really are only two rules to it:
1. Yield on entry
2. Go right

It really is that simple.
