On behalf of the International Joint Commission's Lake
Champlain-Richelieu River Study Board and as the US Co-Chair of
its Public Advisory Board, I am delighted to invite you to attend
a Public Meeting in Burlington next Tuesday 11 July, 2017, to
learn more about the proposed plan of study to mitigate against
flooding in Lake Champlain. This 5-year study grew out of the
Spring 2011 floods along the Lake and Richelieu River.
