Subject: Volunteer Opportunity with Konnarock

Hi Mr. Abbott,

My name is Lily Blackshaw and I am an intern for the Virginia Regional Office for the Appalachian Trail Conservancy. Part of my job is reaching out to various institutions to help recruit for Konnarock, the Appalachian Trail's flagship volunteer trail crew. Some quick information about this awesome opportunity is:
 - It is an awesome resume builder for students who are interested in conservation work!
 - Konnarock runs from May 3rd to August 9th with five day work periods.
 - The headquarters are in Sugar Grove VA, where crews will depart from to complete their work on the A.T. from Rockfish Gap, VA to Spring Mountain GA.
  - The trip is free for volunteers and comes with food, tools, and equipment

More information can be found in these links:

I have attached a poster, if you are interested we would love to mail you more to hang up around your campus. Just let us know if there is a preferred address you would like us send them to!

Best,

Lily Blackshaw
